I currently accept Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, United Behavioral Health (UBH), Optum, Behavioral Health Care Program (BHCP), and MaineCare.

Please check with your insurance company to confirm your coverage.

Self-Pay

My self-pay rate is $150 for a standard 50 minute session.

Self pay allows you to maintain greater privacy and confidentiality, as well as schedule sessions on your own terms. No formal diagnosis is required to justify counseling, but we will work with any prior formal diagnosis as appropriate.

Sliding Scale

I offer a sliding scale based on valid proof of income. Discounts range from 40%-10% off the fees listed above. I can provide additional sliding scale information upon inquiry.
